Category

Travellers Autobarn

Apollo

Sleeping

Included

Sleeping bags, pillows and sheets on every campervan, included in the living-equipment fee already inside the quoted price

Included

Bedding and a personal kit for every traveller included on all models

Cooking

Included

Gas cooker, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, tea towels and a sink on every campervan

Included

Gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, sink, kitchen kit, toaster and gas kettle on the eight 2WD models

Cooling

Caveat

Air conditioning in the front cab, and a fridge or ice box depending on model

Cab only — no model cools the living area, and the campervans are hired mostly in the southern summer

Included

Fridge-freezer and driver's cab air conditioning on all models

Heating

Not offered

No model in the Australian fleet carries a heater of any kind

Caveat

Reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating in the living area on the six Euro models (Euro Mini, Euro Tourer, Euro Plus, Euro Quest, Euro Camper, Euro Deluxe); driver's cab heat only on the Hitop, Endeavour and 4WD Adventure Camper

The Euro models' heating runs off 240 V mains, so it does nothing on an unpowered site — no model in this fleet heats the living area while freedom camping

Power

Included

Dual battery with two 240 V outlets for charging, plus USB and 12 V sockets

Included

12 V house battery, 240 V mains hookup and a solar panel on all models, with internal power points, 12 V socket and USB

Water

Caveat

Onboard fresh-water tank and sink

No toilet or shower on any model, so this fleet is not self-contained anywhere in Australia

Caveat

Fresh and waste water tanks and a sink on all models; toilet and shower on the six Euro models

The Hitop and Endeavour have neither toilet nor shower, and the 4WD Adventure Camper has only a cold external shower — three of the nine models are not self-contained
